Refund policy

At MDIG, we strive to deliver exceptionally high-quality educational consulting and corporate advisory services. Because our offerings consist of personalized, time-allocated consulting slots and digital intellectual properties, we maintain a strict yet fair Refund and Cancellation Policy.

1. Cancellation by the Client

  • Clients can request the cancellation or rescheduling of a scheduled consulting session up to 24 hours prior to the confirmed appointment time.

  • Cancellation requests must be sent explicitly via email to abhiavs807@gmail.com . Upon receiving a timely request, a full refund or alternative slot will be processed.

2. No-Show and Late Cancellations

  • If a client fails to attend a scheduled digital consulting session without notifying us at least 24 hours in advance, or cancels within the 24-hour window, MDIG reserves the right to retain the full payment as a slot-blocking and operational fee.

3. Refund Eligibility After Service Commencement

  • Once a digital educational consulting session or mock interview framework has commenced or has been completed, no refunds can be issued under any circumstances.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be automatically credited back to the original payment method (UPI, Bank Account, or Card) via our banking partner/payment gateway within 5 to 7 business days as per standard banking timelines.
