1. Digital Delivery Model

  • There are no physical goods shipped or handled through this website. Therefore, no physical shipping fees or traditional courier delivery tracking numbers apply to your order.

2. Service Fulfillment Timeline

  • Upon successful completion of your transaction over our secure gateway, you will receive an automated booking confirmation email immediately.

  • Scheduled consultancy sessions and live evaluation slots will be booked, confirmed, and executed via secure digital communication channels (such as video conferencing links) within 3 to 5 business days from the transaction date.

  • Any accompanying digital toolkits, documentation frameworks, or evaluation reports will be provisioned directly to your registered email address within 24 to 48 hours of session completion.

3. Delivery Delay Support
